Folk on the Rocks is a summertime music and cultural festival located in Yellowknife. Since 1980, performers from across the N.W.T., Nunavut and beyond have graced the festival stages for the North’s biggest party under the Midnight Sun.
With two full days of programming and a “Warm the Rocks” celebration to kick the festival off, Folk on the Rocks has something for everyone across each of the 5 festival stages.
Along with the music, crowds can sample cuisine from a wide selection of food vendors, and buy authentic Northern creations from Artisans in the Art on the Rocks tent.
